Seller charged $8 for shipping, advertised as a priority mail tracked shipment, and then he sent it in a first class envelope untracked for a first class 78 cent stamp. I courteously asked for a simple $7 refund and seller started giving ludicrous reasons why it was OK to charge $8 such as that's just "commerce", "I am just tyring to make a living" "you got a good deal on the sale price" and "it takes me an hour to ship each package which I take very seriously"Reply from: perpetuating-art- Feedback replied by seller perpetuating-art.- Feedback replied by seller perpetuating-art.Shady Photo re-seller contacted me three weeks after he received the photos and demands a $7 refund. I explained Ebay's policy and how they see the item plus shipping as a total price he made fun of my answers and twice alluded to him "Using the feedback system" for resolution. He wants to keep the item but over the many messages we exchanged in the last 24 hours. Its blatant extorsion and blackmail.
