    Seller sent wheels with no locks/brakes. Ad said with lock/brake. Contacted seller to see if they sent wrong ones or if ad is wrong and they would not answer the question. They just said apply for return. I did not want return until I found out what happened. To date still don't know and they are still advertising wheels with lock/brake in ad. I'll use these without but prefer with. Poor communication.
