QUALITY Construction and PERFECTLY Designed
I was looking for a small but durable and usable steamer and this fit the bill absolutely perfectly. It will be part of the kitchen equipment in a self-contained Bug Out Vehicle being built for use in Moku O Keawe (Big Island of Hawai'i). Many of these types of steamers do not have side handles making it problematic and difficult for lifting out the basket itself from the main pot. With the integrated heat proof side handles on the main pot, as well as the basket, makes this very convenient and functional.
