I responded with six photos showing the inside of the bag, the inside pockets of the bag, the outside of the bag, the straps, and the bottom of the bag. I also included a paragraph explaining "There are stains on the inside of the bag, and that there are signs of wear along the straps and edges of the bag." I am not sure how much clearer I could have been on the condition of the item.
