      Seller listed an iPad Pro LCD as "fully operational," but arrived with a severed cable (visibly ripped in the seller's own listing photo) and a defective LCD. When contacted, the seller refused to acknowledge the pre-existing damage, tried to change the sale terms to "as is for parts" post-purchase, attempted to shift blame as buyer-damaged, arrange a private return, and claimed to be a "small business". This was not an honest transaction, you should be extremely cautious with this seller.
