Need a powered subwoofer
Really wanted to give this 5 stars because it sounds REALLY good, plenty of power, crystal clear sound and excellent FM reception. Here's the issues I had. Mainly, they don't make it clear that you need a powered subwoofer, and you do. I figured it was an 'amplifier', therefor it should power some speakers. And it does, probably most people have towers or other 3 way speakers but one of the main reasons I bought this was because I have an old 12" sub I thought this would power. Actually took awhile, and reading the fine print in the small manual to realize you need a powered sub. Ended up buying a really cool Subwoofer amplifier from Nobsound on Ebay for about $26. Plus a power supply and a special mono cable. and now my system totally rocks. One other annoying thing is the FM tuning. Doesn't even have a knob, you have to scroll through the channels to find what you want. One last concern... apparently this features an older bluetooth interface, I think 2.1 instead of the newer 3.0 so the range is somewhat compromised and it's affected by any interference in the house. I just make sure and keep my phone close by and it sounds beautiful.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

the fact the remote is very limited, you cannot completely shut off the unit from the remote, then it always comes back up to the volume whatever the knob on the unit itself is set at, and you cant make it any louder than that from the remote, it always turns on to the MP3 mode, no presets for the tuner. it does the job but definitely would not recommend it for any standard features, bluetooth disconnects anytime you go from Tuner to Bluetooth then have manually reconnect, not impressedVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent quality and dollar value!
Loads of power, and I love the randomizing feature of the SD card/USB reader. I also like the front-panel subwoofer control. I hooked it up to a big amp and 18 inch subwoofer and it shakes the neighborhood. I'm impressed with how clean the audio signal is, too. It's the best Pyle product I have bought. Sound quality is great. The radio is very sensitive. Highly recommended unit. Only issue is that analogue and digital components are not integrated so remote is useless for analogue input. Superb sound!!
Sound is incredible!! I have 2 Sony tower speakers with 2 8's in each as the main channel, 2 decent Philips shelf speakers for the rear and a philips center speaker. Really loud and really clear. The only Con's I've experienced is there are kind of 2 input seletors which can be coinfiusing and I'm not convinced the remote does much. Perfect for me. Had one for a year.
Perfect to add better sound to TV. My old system had the power switch on the back (terrible). There are cheaper ones, but they don't have a sub-out.
