I made an egg omelet and it came out perfectly cooked and also and I also made some mushrooms with Bok Choy and it was delicious. You can tell it's exceptional quality, and its firmness is incredible; it's not a fake product. I recommend this pan; it's the best I've ever bought. I hope to buy the smaller pan in the future. I am so happy I got it.

It's the old style pan with a vent opening when the lid is on. To be honest, I've only used this for cooking a few times. It seems to be fine, but it is a bit heavy if you have weak wrists like I do.
