An HO scale Santa Fe GP7 that he sold was mistakenly identified as "new in box," but closer inspection by the buyer after its arrival revealed catastrophic damage that understandably escaped the seller's notice. As soon as he received that information & photos, he immediately refunded the full purchase price -- even though his published policy was "no returns." Total integrity!!
