My only criticism is the packaging. It's very hard to get the final remaining product out when the tube is at the end. I end up needing scissors to get almost a 1:2 application that would otherwise be wasted. Seems like a marketing tactic for consumers to buy more product sooner. That is my only negative input. I've been using this product for years. Billy Gino Ps. One more thing. It looks like you are phasing out the Darkest Brown shade!! Dark Brown is too light and Very Black is too dark for me.
