      USPS shipping was complete ass, was sent to the wrong place and was lost at a facility, eventually it arrived, a day later than usual but it did. The package itself was in poor condition, box, and packaging both were damaged, but held up fine. It was in perfect condition quality wise. Was dirty, but that's to be expected if your package gets messed up. Ball is as described, no drilling holes, and no sign of filling done on it, would say good value, cheaper than any other seller on eBay.
