    when i got the timer (new in package) it would not work. i contacted the mfg. and they walked me through the reset procedure twice. they indicated it was a mfg defect and that timer was no longer made. i contacted the seller and although they wern't libale for mfg defects they would not only refund the purchase price but also my shipping, this was not the sellers fault and they went over and above what they were required to do. i will do business with them again
