Pros: The KitchenAid 2-Slice Toaster makes a darn good piece of toast thanks to the range of easily-selected settings. Also, it is a great design and looks very attractive on my kitchen counter, much more so than those hulking, over-designed "smart" toasters, like the last two I struggled with. Cons: Due to the way I have to position it, the crumb tray is on the back side of the toaster (opposite the side with the controls), so I have to turn it 180 degrees to empty it.
