The seller never checked or tested the TV obviously and just listed it as “Like New.” TV arrived with a broken screen and the red light of death. No damage to the box so it occurred to prior shipping. I ALWAYS video myself opening big ticket items so 100% proof it arrived broken. I immediately reached out. That’s been over a month ago and they are still “investigating.” No refund.
