Just a bit more bubble wrap or else packing paper would have prevented that. No harm done, arrived safely and that is really all that matters.

    Had some difficulty

    Took my son and I quite some time to figure out just how to get the wifi communication working. After several failed attempts we realized we had to delete all the previous owners installed information before we could set up and communicate with my Xfinity modem. Works great now and am pleased with the results.

    worked for a day

    I was so excited to get this media player since we already have two and this one was for the living room. At first, the unit would not connect to the internet. We updated the firmware and then it connected to the internet. After enjoying the media box for one day, it was turned off and ever since then it will not connect to the internet, the unit gives both a physical and network failure. I should note that we use it as a wired device, and when we put one of our other units in is place, it performed perfectly.

    The product is great and my intention in purchasing this media device was to stream YouTube. After setting it up, I find that YouTube is no longer supported with this older device. I tried to update the firmware and still no success. Overall, disappointed...

    Not bad at all

    It works really well unfortunately after updating it looks like hulu was removed from the useable apps. There was damage caused in shipping but still works great.
