The "Physical Challenge" feature lets you view your fitness level and progress at any time, while “Your Shape” displays calories burned and accuracy of motion percentage, giving you plenty of opportunity to beat previous "high scores" and move forward towards your health goals.

    Not for Older people!

    We are both 73 years old and trying to keep ourselves healthier. This is not for us. There is no way that we could find to start slower and get better. My husband even signed in and said he was 83 hoping the game would lower the spee d ad expectations--no luck, it just went as fast as before. This game may be ok for someone who is already in good shape. It is not for older or less athletic people
