    picture is great but audio could be improved

    we have been watching this series piece meal depending on what is being sent thru the satellite and wanted to watch it in sequence. The video quality is very good but the audio is a bit mushy and hard for us (hearing impaired) people to understand at times. It would have been nice if the closed caption could have been included. If it is I do not know for sure how to turn it on.
