If you want a wide angle lens for you Hasselblad ?
If you have your Hasselblad and you own the 80mm, 150mm, I would buy the Hasselblad-Carl-ZEISS-Distagon-T star 40mm-f-4-Lens next. This lens is so sharp and so well made (like a tank) I would be looking for this lens for my outfit. I am very happy with the two of mine. There were no computers when these lenses were designed yet the German engineering of Zeiss well they know how to design a fantastic lens ..the edge to edge sharpness is near perfection.. I have done landscapes that were enlarged to 30x40 that are breathtaking. This lens is a large piece of glass. Metal no plastic found here. This is such a well-designed lens that I prefer it over the newer model. They engrave the f-stops and shutter speeds on this model the newer model they just have them painted? on the lens they do wear off. I do like the rubber on the focus on the newer model but not enough to trade my lens in for one. I would definitely get the T star ⭐️ version the newer Multi coating is a real step up from the single coating non T star version. I used both and know it makes a small difference in some lighting outdoors. If your on a tight budget the non T star model will still be a great lens in your bag. I love Hasselblads and as long as they make the 120 film I will continue to use them alongside my Cannon digital bodies.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
