Quality has gone down
I have had the Libman mop for a few years. Grocery store no longer carries the gator refills. I have been ordering refills online. The last 2 mop heads literally shredded apart after about 4 uses. I have not changed my floor cleaning product, still the same tile floors. I like the mop, I don't like the mop head falling apart, the mop heads are not cheap to replace.
