The purses were packed in a paper mailer instead of a box so it arrived ripped, squished, and folded, the only good thing was that the purses were not damaged, just a bit bent and creased, but hopefully those will come out. Shipping was slow from the time I paid until it was finally mailed (4 days). Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.
