    Very fast shipping. Pricing was excellent versus buying a complete alternator just because the pulley failed. Communication is a bit slow and lacking in information so Schaeffler can improve on this. I asked on June 24 a few questions and Schaeffler responded on June 27 they were looking into the correct answers. As of August 12, there has been no follow up response. The product packaging was weak. A big heavy pulley just bouncing around inside the package with no padding.
