Easy to use, easy to clean.
Still a little early to judge. It isn't entirely smokeless of course, but it doesn't set off the smoke detectors. I still need to learn to adjust cooking times relative to the instructions, particularly on steaks and chops - that will come with time and experience. Some reviews have complained about slow preheat, but that has not been an issue - it is usually ready before I am. It is easy to use and it cleans up easily also, other than it is rather large for my standard sink. But that was my choice. Having everything come apart easily is a plus for getting the grill cleaned properly. All in all, I am quite happy so far.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The product arrived in a nice outer cardboard box the Box inside actually look like it had been opened and repacked the knob to the lid was broken in half low functional. This same product that is " as seen on TV ", comes with a grill plate , which was not included as the title stated.
