Possibly the best way to have Gilbert and Sullivan on your DVD shelf
Although a little dated in terms of production, it's certainly entertaining and absolutely stays true to Gilbert and Sullivan's intentions. This set's video of "The Pirates of Penzance" was my 12-year-old son's first introduction to G&S and he loved it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

My wife and I were professionals, and we sang and directed adlll these operas. This bundle is at a high level of performance, and of course tall ten of these shows are masterpieces, by a great with and a composer of beautiful music, the Rodgers and Hammerstein of their day.
