    As a buy/seller here on eBay for nearly 20 years. I know about shipping and cost.. I asked the seller if they could lower shipping cost.. was told no because it cost them $9.99 to ship.. it arrived wrapped in a USED BAGGIE weight was just 9 oz. Cost under 6.00 to ship I checked! . So seller made extra $4.00 on shipping. And couldn't even wrap and package it decent ?? At least in a box with a new baggie wrapped inside?

    Baggie wasn't used, it was brand new- I purchased a whole roll of grocery produce bags. Shipping is not just shipping...it includes E-Bay fee, printing label, package bag, gas to drive your package to post office. If you don't agree with the price then don't buy! You purchased a new item for a lower price and still want lower shipping? Please buy at a higher cost and $0 shipping at the store next time.
