    Lot of good information, However, I would prefer more pictures along with the recipes. That is the only thing that I don't like about the book. It does have pictures in the center but a photo along with the recipe would be great!

    This is an excellent go to book for anyone interested in food dehydration. I am new to dehydrating so it really was wonderful to find a book that had all the information I needed to get started and for years to come. Definitely glad I purchased this book.
