One of the flowers were broken during shipment. I felt like it could have been packaged better. Lose bubble wrap was used when tightly packed bubble wrap would have been better. I wouldn't trust this seller to package a fragile item. But they are so good a communicate a deal I would buy from them again. This one was a heart breaker. The first of many.
