Fast shipping and packaged very nicely. Seller took care to insure item arrived in good condition. Item was brand new as described. A little spendy $$ but where item was not available anywhere local or from Primos I was willing to pay a bit extra. I'm glad I found one and would use this seller again.

The seller was very helpful. The purchased software was packaged well, the disc was intact, and it even arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Unfortunately, the program didn't work on my computer. It wouldn't export jpeg images at the proper resolution and now has stopped importing new jpegs. Looked through the disc's help files and online for a solution. I contacted the seller about it, and they were kind enough to issue a refund. Great seller. Would purchase again from them in the future.
