    This item appears to be in great shape and I received it as ordered. However, I took a risk on buying it because of their "returns accepted" policy. I learned that the inner pot contains a coating that my doctor is not comfortable with me using, so I tried to return it. The seller ONLY ACCEPTS PREMIUM, FedEx SHIPPING on returns. The cost of shipping is nearly as much as the item! They offered to refund me $15 to make up for it (22% of cost) That's terrible! BUYER BEWARE: NO ACTUAL RETURNS!
