When inquiring about shipping after 4 days the item was still showing ‘USPS awaiting the package’, I was called coming off aggressive, needing to be patient. Second, even though the item was listed as excellent preowned condition, it had a stain in the crotch and two holes, none mentioned in the description. It has been 3 days I asked for a refund, the seller is delaying the return. The pants cost over $100. The buyer was very rude and disrespectful from the beginning. The item was shipped in a timely manner. The buyer was upset that tracking had not updated which was beyond my control. The item arrived and then9 days later the buyer sends a message complaining of a “ stain” that she washed and used a cleaning product. The next day then requests a return for now “ holes “ in the item. I asked only for a confirmation the item was actually dropped off with USPS as I was hoping to receive it before I was to leave for vacation. I was gone when the item arrived.
