He spent a good chunk of the 2000s recovering and working behind the scenes, finally resurfacing in 2013 with his long-delayed solo debut The Way Life Goes. That isn't to say he repudiates his past, as he is quite comfortable kicking out big, barrel-chested rockers filled with pomp and circumstance, or dipping into power ballads that don't stray from "Don't Know What You've Got (Till It's Gone)," but don't consciously rework its sound, either.

Competent yet boring rock
Stunned this got a deluxe release. I found it boring background music. Ably performed but nothing interesting enough to hook you into multiple replays.I would say save your money and buy one of the multiple Cinderella best of compilations and you'll be much happier with your purchase. It's almost like they deliberately excluded anything that sounded "too much like Cinderella", when by contrast the reason most people would buy it is they wanted something that sounded like a "new Cinderella album".
