They created the label then waited 6 days to actually ship the unit. UPS kept saying "We have not received the item yet". I asked multiple times when it would ship and they lied and kept telling me that it had already shipped out. I called UPS and they confirmed to me that they had not received it. UPS didn't actually arrive for pick up package for a few days and they didn't scan it immediately after. This is entirely a UPS issue. When you call UPS, they'll tell you they didn't receive the package if they not SCAN. They don't check it for you. UPS receives packages from us in bulk, not just yours, so they can't scan them right away. If you were a little more understanding, you would realize that this is beyond our control. Thanks
