It came with a SIM card already installed, which indicates this Jetpack had been sold and returned. Using the SIM card it came with, I was unable to connect to Verizon. I installed a new SIM card and it appears to be working as it should. Shipping was slow; tracking # issued, but package not shipped until days later. However, all things considered it was still a good bargain.
