My only huge complaint is that I ordered a model with 16GB RAM when the device I received only has 8GB RAM. This is unfortunate as the RAM is not replaceable on this model. When ordering , I would definitely ensure the model you receive matches the advertised specs. While this device still meets my needs, I will look elsewhere for my next purchase.
