    Bought on Oct 22. Shipping label was generated Oct 24. Wasn't shipped till Ebay stepped in on Oct 28. Requested cancellation by Ebay and they assured me it was done but then reneged. Asked seller multiple times to rescind order but refused. Order finally recvd by neighbor Nov 5. Not new as described as original box within the unopened shipping box had clearly been open and a sim was installed in the phone. Phone may or may not work as another was bought due to the delays in shipping.
