The CPU was shipped in a cardboard box with multiple layers of foam, and the CPU was further protected in a small plastic bag, and a small packet of thermal paste was included. The CPU itself also appears to be in good condition, and performs as advertised.

Adress to return is like a book to write, long process to china, but I was refund for my buy at the end. Thanks to the seller, I hope I can order next time with better luck so that I can keep them.
