    Powerful Pre-workout

    Wow I took this the other day a half scoop and it was wonderful! I got everything done. Stretched worked out folded laundry took a shower and it was amazing. You are actually start at a half scoop and then get to the point where you can do a full scoop. Thank goodness I didn't take the full scoop. Also on the back of the container it says muscle tingles means it is working so don't worry about it. Plus you need to wait for like 30 minutes before it starts to work and maybe start with a stretch first because it takes a while to get it fully going.

    Best tasting pre-workout

    I've heard a lot about this pre-workout from fitness people on Instagram and always thought it was overpriced for the amount. After tasting it, and seeing how well it works, I would buy it again! It is DELICIOUS. None of the chalky aftertaste most pre-workouts have, and the energy is consistent for a good hour after taking it. It doesn't make me feel prickly or manic. There is no crash afterward. I love this products!!
