When the order arrived, two of the dinner plates were missing, one cup arrived broken, and one cup had a bunch of inner crazing that was not noted in the description. The seller kept pressuring me to return the items when I asked for a partial refund. I ended up having to get eBay customer service involved to get the seller to agree to my minimum refund request. I recommend if you order from this seller to record yourself opening the box.
