I did numerous times.. with no response from the seller. I wanted this item still do . But was listed with battery and charger which were not included. They sent me an email that they had sent them but never received. Would respond to request for shipping type and tracking number. Again no response. Had to involve eBay to even get return approval. It was missing the blade and seller did not mention that in his description. On July 17, seller (reluctantly) said that he would send me a blade. As a goodwill gesture we told you when we get one in we would send it free of charge. Then you messaged us with a VERY NASTY message that is we dont send one right away you would leave bad feedback.
