Blocks all messages from the listing itself. Also, packaging was not great due to their use of cling film wrapped around the entire bass that I had to surgically remove as to not scratch it. Despite this, I have no complaints about the bass itself. It arrived quickly and as described. I probably would not buy from them again though unless it was a really good deal.
