    All three items were as described. no complaints there. However, the customer service on the other hand was HORRIFIC. I'd DM'd the seller prior to purchasing, making an offer on 3 items. They said purchase each item and they would refund the difference. After the item was shipped, they DM'd me stating the refund amount. But the amount was nowhere near what was agreed upon. Then they continued to argue about the amount. Regrettable purchase. BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ITEM.

    I gave you 5-stars as a kindness although I messaged you as soon as the item was delivered and you have not replied. Please ship puzzles in a box. You used brown paper, it was raining, and the water got onto a corner of the puzzle box. Not ideal at all.
