      I left specific delivery instructions to pack the cards between cardboard which the seller ignored and the cards arrived bent. Upon contacting them they said they have sent cards that way before to others and never had a problem but that impacted the quality of cards upon delivery. Do not use this seller. They asked me to return the cards at my expense. Really disappointed how they ignored delivery instructions I gave them to prevent this from happening. Poor service all round

      Cards were shipped in a rigid photo mailer, which I have successfully used for hundreds of orders. I immediately offered a full refund upon return, but the buyer refused. I cannot issue both a refund and allow the buyer to keep the cards.
