    Excellent mixer at a great price

    Wanted a powerful mixer without breaking the bank. This one fit the bill nicely! It is easy to use, has several available attachments, and seems powerful. (have so far made several batch of cookies and bread dough and it did the job nicely). It's also much quieter than other stand mixers I've used. My only minor complaint is there's not much room while mixing to add ingredients, But if you plastic chute (included) you won't have much of a problem. I think it performs just as good or better than similar brands, but about $100 cheaper. Overall, I think it's an excellent buy and you won't be disappointed!

    not what I thought it would be

    It was a great price. bought it to replace my aging kitchen aid. have used it a few times and found it is not as strong or quick as my old mixer. even at its highest setting, it doesn't seem to beat as quick, maybe its me. the attachments work well, with one caviot, the dough hook and paddle are made from aluminum and should not go into the dishwasher, they will change color (not that its a big deal to wash by hand but it says everything is dw safe). Would I buy another one if this one quits, doubt it. have had a food processor from the same brand for 20 years, never a problem a true work horse, hope this mixer lasts at least 5 years!

    so far, so good

    In a houseful of cooks an appliance that doesn't hold its' own will soon find it's way to the thrift store. So far, this mixer has done everything we have asked of it. Right out to the box, my son made chocolate chip cookies. Not a problem. Immediately after that, my daughter-in-law made bread. Again, smooth sailing. Most recently, I made a meringue. Perfection. I decided on this brand as my kitchen is filled with Cuisinart products. My food processor is almost 10 years old and still humming along with all the power it has always had. Recently, I purchased an immersion blender from Cuisinart that has one tiny but annoying design flaw but makes up for it by being a total workhorse.     Nice looking piece of kitchen equipment.

    I had a Kitchenaid some years ago and wasn't thoroughly impressed with it. I saw the beautifully designed Cuisinart. I loved the look and the videos about it and I was very impressed! So far, I love it! I haven't done a lot with it yet, but it whips cream wonderfully and it kneeded the pizza dough really well. The food comes off the beaters with no bother. I love the wider bowl and round bottom . I leave it on my side counter easier to get at and looks good there. I bought the red.

    Great value for a nice product

    I love the red color. It mixes pretty well but I did read you can adjust the beater level with a screw adjustment on the mixer. Easy cleanup of product and beaters are lightweight. I don't like to use the tab at the back every time I need to raise or lower it though. I got a great deal on it so I'm giving it to my daughter because she seemed to like it better than I.
