    Arrived fast and intact! A splash guard is needed when fitting over existing toilet and seat must be removed. If you need a bedside only commode chair, this is a nice buy. The padding is very firm to accommodate heavier users. Product came sealed in factory packaging on the inside. Packaging of outer box was misleading (not a shower but a commode chair) but the contents WERE as described by the seller. I would definitely buy from this seller again if the need arose.
