I had to harass them to get them to send a return and harass them to get my money back took them over a week to credit me after they had already received it. I had it involved Ebay. Delivery of the return item was attempted by the post office, and the item is still waiting to be picked up by seller. Meanwhile I haven't received any update or refund, despite it being more than 2 weeks since I shipped the return and provided tracking info. The entire experience is frustrating and I am highly dissatisfied. NOT satisfactory.
