Dead on arrival. i have the same type chromebook and i ordered this one to back up the one i already have. exact model of chromebook. left chromebook plugged into charger for a couple of hours and not even a blib on the screen. also even if battery is bad the chromebook should work off the power supply. pretty bad, never order from them .

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea.
