    had to take it back off

    holes for hitch pin did not line up with my old ball mounts. old hitch was a draw tight. Receiver tube should have extended out more and holes for hitch pin could have been further towards the bumper

    Does the job.

    This is our second hitch, the first got damaged in a rear end accident. This hitch does the job, designed to have little visual effect until the extension is added. It works, it's relatively inexpensive, and it looks ok..for a hitch. Nothing negative to say, all good.

    Does not protrude from the bumper, THIS IS A PLUS ! Nothing to bump your shin on.

    Good quality hitch bolts up easily. Needed help to prop it up to install the bolts. Had to slightly bend the exhaust hanger outward to keep the exhaust from rattling against the hitch frame . Now all is good !

    Great concealed hitch which fits perfect.

    Looks great, completely concealed. Installed it myself on my 2009 Chrysler T&C. Did not encounter any major issues but I have the right tools and I am handy. Not a complicated install but I would not describe it as easy. I think most people would be money and time ahead to have it installed. Great hitch that fits perfectly.
