The only thing the tracking ticket was not well printed and My courier couldn't track the package. I asked for support and the customer service said "scams are not welcome". I answered I just wanted to track My package. Support isn't professional. I don't recommend it. They answered, but not as I expected. I received a return label promptly - and at no charge, dropped off the package and received my refund immediately. The item itself was brand new and functional. A little rickety for my taste though, but that's my personal preference. I wanted a seat that was height rotatable, not fixed steps. It still held my weight, however.
