Shipping was fast, everything was well packed. My problem was the pictures of the unit he posted were not the unit I received which was not nearly as nice. When selling multiple units of refurbished 20 year old equipment, it is not practical to take pictures of each one. I followed all eBay policies, issued full refund, and still received negative feedback. Some people are just spiteful. Sad.
