The only issue and this is NOT the sellers fault was the shipping. Using USPS is such a paiin. I got three different notification for delivery and never delivered. Finally got today 9-24.25 and when I met the mailperson she said not package and it was sitting right there beside her. I give this seller 5* and I would use again.

Don't buy from this seller, it isn't like they're stand up sellers. They claimed a poly bag for 4 boxes of coffee was "safe" wrapping for delivery. When I sent pictures showing 2 of 4 boxes were broken open and the kcups were split with coffee spilling out, they asked for MORE proof.Reply from: samedinc.1- Feedback replied by seller samedinc.1.- Feedback replied by seller samedinc.1.This feedback is false. The items were shipped brand new and sealed, but unfortunately, damage can happen during transit. I only asked two simple questions: would you like a replacement or a partial refund, and how many pods were damaged so I could send the correct refund. I did not realize two basic questions could be taken as the “Spanish Inquisition.” I trust my customers,& never asked for more proof. Future customers, reach out with any question or concerns, we will resolve it in your favor.
