Sound quality better than some wired headsets
I have been using another neck-band headset for over 2 years. It finally broke, so I got the LG HBS-XL7. The difference in music quality is night and day. The LG is even better than some wired ear-bud style headsets (without external DAC) I had before. I am not sure if the built-in DAC in the LG makes that difference because you can't turn it off to compare. Nevertheless I started smiling the moment I tested it on my favorite songs. The earbuds are not as comfortable as my other headsets. But the LG does come with 3 sizes. It is really difficult to remove the plastic tips. But eventually I managed to put medium on the left and large on the right. And everything sits right and sounds right. Overall the build quality is great. I paired the headset with both my computer and phone with no issue. I use it for conferencing with my co-workers on the daily basis. They can hear me loud and clear. I can't really ask for more of this headset - except for it to last even longer than my old headset.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good and loud, LG -HBS-XL7
LG -HBS-XL7 Had to get these to replace an older LG-HBS-1125, sound cut to half permanently don't know how or why. This new set is super loud, first time I have even turned the Bluetooth sound down from max. Charges by USB-C Would like to had the old slide on power switch, but LG changed it. Neck band is more flexible than older models Does not talk during boot up like older models though, I liked knowing my battery level each boot up. If they survive 2-3years like all the others before I crush or destroy them, I'll be happy.
