When I got it, I was very unsure if the laptop was even in the box. They answered quickly got me a return ticket and then went completely dark once it was shipped. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet.
